Prices in USD, excluding any tax your region applies. Subscriptions are billed by BigCommerce through your store's account, so Auditor appears on your existing BigCommerce invoice.

If your store grows
Going over your event allowance never breaks the record
We keep recording. You'll see a notice in the dashboard when you pass 80% of your monthly allowance, and again at 100%. Nothing is dropped and nothing is billed by surprise — we email you once, and you decide whether to move up a plan.
A typical store generates one event per order, plus one per edit. Fewer than 300 orders a month usually sits inside Starter comfortably.

What happens at the end of the trial?
The trial runs 14 days from install on Starter or Growth. We email you on day 11. If you do nothing, the subscription begins on day 15 at the plan you chose. Uninstall before then and you are never charged.
Do I lose my history if I move to a cheaper plan?
Entries older than the new plan's retention window stop appearing in the dashboard, but we hold them for 30 days before they are removed for good. Export what you need inside that window, or move back up and everything reappears.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Auditor from your store's App Store area. That revokes our access to your store immediately and stops the next payment. Your history stays downloadable for 30 days, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at privacy@auditorapp.com.
Who takes the payment?
BigCommerce does, through your store account, and it appears on your BigCommerce invoice. Auditor never sees your card details. Refund requests go through BigCommerce, though write to us as well and we'll support them.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch the control at the top of this page to see the annual rate. Annual plans can still be upgraded mid-term; we pro-rate the difference.
Do you have a plan for agencies or developers?
Auditor is free on any store flagged as a sandbox or partner development store. If you manage client stores, the additional-store add-on is usually cheaper than separate subscriptions — tell us how many and we'll work it out.
